SITE INFORMATION
- The show offers Commercial, Community and Government sites.
- Entry to the showgrounds is only permitted with an approved wristband for ALL Site holders, Entertainers, Volunteers and Patrons.
- KAS supports the principles of Reduce, Reuse, Recycle so please think and act responsibly.
SITE FEES
- Site fees are GST inclusive and are as follows for the total trading front line (width in metres including any drawbars).
- Community sites: $30 per metre
- Government sites: $40 per metre
- Commercial sites: $50 per metre
SITE APPLICATION
- All site holders (including sponsors) are required to submit a Site Application Form.
Note: for your convenience, type your site details directly into the Site Application Form.

— Site Layout (include a drawing of your entire site layout. Include all structures, vehicles, trading fronts, serving sides, camping setups (if applicable), and required spacing between vehicles. Remember: indicate your front line, serving side and depth as accurately as possible)

— Rules and Regulations All site holders must comply with the Rules and Regulations. The site information sheet contains important details about sites at the Kununurra Agricultural Show; and should be retained for your information and reference.
WHAT DO I GET WITH MY SITE?
Your site includes:
- Complimentary Caravan/Camping on grounds from Monday to Sunday (Show Week only). Normal Caravan and Camping Fees apply outside of this timeframe, at the discretion of the Kununurra Ag. Society and the Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley;
- 2 wristbands for gate entry (extra wristbands to cover your stall workers must be applied for in the week before the show and at the committee’s discretion is limited to a maximum of 10 per stall).
YOUR SITE DOES NOT INCLUDE
- Shade structures, power leads, lighting, chairs, or other site-specific requirements (you will need to provide your entire site infrastructure)

SITE RULES & REGULATIONS
- Sites, displays and exhibits areas MUST be kept in a clean and tidy condition at all times.
- All employees or attendants are clean and tidily dressed and conduct themselves in an orderly manner at all times.
- All employees or attendants MUST have a wristband on show days.
- Games of chance and sale or giveaway items illegal in the state of Western Australia are STRICTLY PROHIBITED. All games must be games of skill.
- The site holders shall indemnify the Society against any liability in respect of any breach by site holder of any rule or regulation hereunder for the present being in force and which may impose any liability on the Society.
- All stalls, exhibits etc., must be removed from the Showground not later than 2 days after the termination of the Show.
- Any rubbish or refuse remaining will be removed at the cost to the site holder.
- The Society reserves the right to remove any space holders from the Showground if any games or items on the site are declared by a member of the Police Service to be illegal or if there is any infringement by the space holder, and in such case the space holder will be liable to forfeit all monies paid or payable in connection with the site.
- Any sideshows must be approved by the Committee prior to the Show and operators must present an insurance Certificate of Currency.
- All charges for sites space must be paid in full by a time nominated by the Committee.

Exhibitors must not sell, distribute, use or offer as prizes any:
- Bows or arrows of any description;
- Replica guns of any description;
- Explicit and hardcore t-shirts;
- Explicit DVD’s, CD’s, magazines, books and videos;
- Chemical sprays, silly string, stage door streamers or other similar spray projecting materials,
- Pepper sprays;
- Any illegal or offensive item, good, article, publication or material;
- Any other item, good, article, publication or material which may by its use or operation cause alarm or distress to any person or animal;
- Smoking implements or paraphernalia, including imitation or electronic cigarettes, bongs or drugs;
- Fuel type fire lighters (Zippo);
- Laser pointers of any description;
- Stun pens;
- Metal and wooden martial art nunchucks;
- Water bombs or stink bombs.
Important Information
- Once you lodge your application form you will receive an automated email with a summary of your site information. Please check your spam folder if you don't receive it within 30 mins.
- As part of your Site Application, you will be required to agree to, and make your staff and attendants aware of the Rules & Regulations and Prohibited Items.
- If you have any changes to you Site Application contact the site coordinator ASAP.
- You will receive an invoice by email.
- Site fees must be paid by the due date on invoice to secure your site.
- If you are not attending the show, please contact us ASAP to withdraw your application.
- You are REQUIRED to CONTACT the site coordinator TO CONFIRM YOU TIME OF ARRIVAL.
- All electrical equipment must have a current Test Tag showing compliance.
- It is your responsibility to apply for all the permits and licences you require.
- Food & Beverage vendors must complete the Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley Temporary Food Stall Licence Application and return it to [email protected]
