- All entry forms must be submitted online by Wednesday 9 July at www.knxshowtime.org.au/competitions. Late entries may be accepted with a $5 late fee at the discretion of the stewards. Do not bring your exhibit/s on Wednesday.
- Exhibit drop-off 4-7pm Thursday 10 July.
- All exhibits must be original work of the exhibitor.
- Class 509 exhibits must not exceed 125cm x 125cm x 10cm depth, including framing and not exceed 15kg weight. May be any medium.
- Proof of ownership may be called for if doubt is expressed by the judges.
- Prizes are awarded to the Best Entrant for each section and the Most Successful Exhibitor for Art & Craft.
- Exhibits may be collected by the exhibitor between 9-11am on Sunday 13 July.
