1. Preheat the oven to 200oC.
2. Sift flour, baking powder and salt a few times into a large bowl.
Make a well in centre, add cream and lemonade. Stir gently until combined.
3. Turn onto a floured board, knead gently for 10 seconds.
4. Pat out to 2cm (1”) thick. Cut into rounds or squares.
5. Place on floured baking tray so they are just touching.
6. Brush tops with milk.
7. Bake 10-15 minutes until slightly brown.
8. Remove from oven. Turn onto a fresh tea towel on a cake rack and wrap gently with a towel.
