• All entries must be submitted online by 11pm Wednesday 8 July. Late entries may be accepted with a $5 late fee at the discretion of the stewards.
• Do not bring your exhibit/s on Wednesday.
• Exhibit drop-off 7am-10am Friday 10 July. 
• Must be grown by the exhibitor. 
  
• Exhibits may be cut open and displayed to assess maturity and other characteristics by the judge. May be covered with plastic wrap. Must be grown by the exhibitor. 
  
• Prizes are awarded to the Best Entrant from each section and the Most Successful Exhibitor.
  
• Exhibitors wanting to keep their exhibit must collect a sticker to place on the entry slip and attach it to the exhibit when dropping off. Any perishable exhibit without a sticker will be deemed as donated to the Kununurra Agricultural Society auction held around 4.30pm on Saturday 11 July. 
  
• Exhibits with a sticker may be collected between 9-11am on Sunday 12 July.
