- All entry forms must be submitted online by Wednesday 9 July at www.knxshowtime.org.au/competitions. Late entries may be accepted with a $5 late fee at the discretion of the stewards. Do not bring your exhibit/s on Wednesday.
- Exhibit drop-off 7am-10am Friday 11 July.
- Must be grown by the exhibitor.
- Prizes are awarded to the Best Entrant from each section and the Most Successful Exhibitor.
- Exhibitors wanting to keep their exhibit must collect a sticker to place on the entry slip and attach it to the exhibit when dropping off. Any perishable exhibit without a sticker will be deemed as donated to the Kununurra Agricultural Society auction held around 4.30pm on Saturday 12 July.
- Exhibits with a sticker may be collected from 5.30pm on Saturday 12 July or between 9-11am on Sunday 13 July.
