  • All entries must be submitted online by 11pm Wednesday. Late entries may be accepted with a $5 late fee at the discretion of the stewards.
  • Exhibit drop-off 5-7pm Wednesday 8 July OR 10am-4pm Thursday 9 July. 
  • Prizes are awarded to the Best Entrant for each section and the Most Successful Exhibitor.
  • Exhibits may be collected between 9-11am on Sunday 12 July.
