  • All entries must be submitted online by Wednesday 8 July. Late entries may be accepted with a $5 late fee at the discretion of the stewards. Do not bring your exhibit/s on Wednesday.
  • Exhibit drop-off 7am-10am, Fri 10 July. 
  • Exhibitors wanting to keep their exhibit must collect a sticker to place on the entry slip and attach it to the exhibit when dropping off. Any perishable exhibit without a sticker will be deemed as donated to the Kununurra Agricultural Society auction held around 4.30pm on Saturday 11 July. 
  • Exhibits in beverages, wine making and brewing classes must be delivered cold.  
  • Prizes are awarded to the Best Entrant for each section and the Most Successful Exhibitor for Preserves & Beverages.
  • Exhibits with a sticker may be collected from 5.30pm on Saturday 11 July or between 9-11am on Sunday 12 July. ​​
