When is the show?
  • Friday 14th and Saturday 15th of July. Gates open midday Friday and close at 9pm. Gates open 8am Saturday and close at 11pm.

  • Corner of Coolibah Drive and Ivanhoe Road. 199-202 Coolibah Drive.

When do entries close?
  • Entries close Wednesday night. We will take late entries at the office with a gold coin donation up until judging. Once judging has commenced, no more entries will be taken.

How much are entries?
  • Children’s classes                   $1
  • Open classes                            $3
  • Pet pavilion classes                $3
  • Dog show classes                     $3
  • Stables per night                     $5
  • Livestock (per pen)                 $5
  • Community group displays   $5
 
I can’t get entries/payments to work on Showdayonline, can I come in for help to complete them?
  • Yes. The show office will be open Monday-Wednesday 4-7pm, please contact us by email if you can’t get to the office for those times and we will try to help remotely or arrange another time with you.
 
When do I bring my exhibits?
  • Non-perishable exhibits may be delivered to the showgrounds 4-7pm, Thurs 13 July
  • Perishable exhibits may be delivered to the showgrounds ​7am-10am Fri 14 July
    • Pet Pavilion exhibits may be delivered to the showgrounds 7-8am, Sat 15 July
  • Dog show - All dogs on ground by 9.30am, Sat 15 July
  • Show & Shine exhibits must be in place at the showgrounds by 7am Sat 15 July
 
Where can we buy tickets?
  • Pre purchase preferred from our website http://www.knxshowtime.org.au/admission.html
 
Can we buy tickets at the gate? 
  • Yes. EFTPOS (square) will be available at all gates, cash and EFT machine at main gate only. 
  • NO CASH at Member’s gate (near Corkybark Drive) or Cattle gate (Ivanhoe Road).
  • Pre purchase preferred, as this saves time at the gate.
