Set Recipe – Under 18 years (makes about 12 balls)
Ingredients: 1 cup rolled oats 1 cup desiccated coconut 2 tbsp cocoa powder or Milo for a sweeter, milder flavour ½ cup honey or maple syrup ½ cup peanut butter or almond butter (or tahini for nut-free) 1 tsp vanilla essence (optional) Method: 1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until combined. 2. Roll mixture into small balls using your hands. 3. Coat by rolling the balls in coating of choice (see below). 4. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes to firm up. Additional filling options: Add a handful of choc chips or sultanas or nuts to the mixture Coating suggestions (get creative, you're only limited by your imagination):
