  • All entries must be submitted online by 11pm, Wednesday. Late entries may be accepted with a $5 late fee at the discretion of the stewards. Do not bring your exhibit/s on Wednesday.
  • Exhibits drop-off 7-8am Friday 10 July.
  • Exhibitors must check with stewards for availability of cages and water containers.
  • ALL CAT EXHIBITS ARE PHOTOGRAPHS ONLY.
  • All cat exhibits must be mounted on card with max 4cm border, not framed.
  • ALL GOATS TO BE DROPPED OFF AT THE CATTLE AREA. 
  • Goats must be in the hands of the stewards by 5pm Thursday 9 July. 
  • Contact Cattle section steward for further information. 
  • Prizes are awarded to the Best Entrant for each section and the Most Successful Exhibitor for Pet Pavilion.
  • Animals in the Pet Pavilion may be collected by the exhibitor between 4pm-5pm Saturday 11 July
