- All art entries must be ready to hang. This means:
- Completely Dry: Wet or tacky art cannot be displayed.
- Backing for Display: If you don’t want pins or staples in your artwork, please mount on a piece black card that is larger than your artwork, giving us space to pin the backing, not the artwork itself, to the display boards.
- Sturdy & Secure: Artwork should be strong enough to stay flat and not curl up when pinned. Thicker paper or card works best.
- Orientation Marked: If your artwork has a clear “top” or direction it should face, please mark the back with an arrow or write TOP so we display it correctly.
- Lightweight Materials: If framing your artwork, use a light frame with a hook or string across the back for easy hanging.
